Rates

• Payment, in full, along with the requested information, is required to confirm a reservation.
• Bookings not completed 24 hours before the dive are considered last-minute and are subject to an additional fee.
• Reservations are non-transferable 

TOURS:

• cancellation more than 14 days prior to your tour time, a full refund will be issued minus 5% booking fee.
• cancellation less than 14 days prior to your tour time, a 50% refund will be issued.
• cancellation requested less than 7 days prior to your tour time, no refund is available unless we can fill your space.

TRAINING: 

• cancellation less than 72-hours prior to your scheduled time, no refund is available unless we can fill your space.
• Rescheduling may be possible if times are available
• Any e-Learning fees are non-refundable once the e-learning course has been purchased.

If 18 Degree Dive cancels due to weather or other unforeseen conditions, a full refund will be issued.

We strongly urge all of our clients to invest in Travel Insurance to protect their investment from unforeseen circumstances.

18 Degree Dive and Snorkel cannot be responsible for travel interruptions or delays.

Getting to Vieques can be challenging. Please plan accordingly.

 We caution against same day transportation plans close to your tour time as the ferry or flights can be delayed. Should transportation issues result in a customer’s inability to arrive in time for their tour, no refund is available 

Late show more than 30 minutes is considered a no-show. No refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to refuse services for any dive/snorkel or divers/snorkeler where the situation is deemed unsafe. Including but not limited to being drunk or hungover, functioning outside of safety protocol. Not following instructions meant to keep you safe, Divers/Snorkelers who disclose heath concerns that may put any diver/Snorkeler at risk. No refund will be issued.
